Terms of Service

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be legally allowed to view sports-betting content in your country.
• One account per person. Multi-accounting results in permanent ban and forfeiture of rewards.
• Employees of MoBet and their immediate family may not win cash prizes.

MoBet is a virtual contest. The "bankroll" shown on your account is play-money used solely to rank tipsters. No real money is ever staked on MoBet itself, and we are not a bookmaker, sportsbook, exchange, or gambling operator.

Stake limits exist to keep the contest healthy: singles $1,000–$50,000, accumulators $1,000–$10,000, daily cap $500,000 of virtual currency.

• Monthly leaderboard prizes are awarded in cash or mobile-money to verified winners.
• You must complete identity and phone verification before a payout is released.
• Prize amounts and qualification rules are published on the Rewards page and may be updated with notice.
• MoBet may delay or withhold a payout pending fraud review. We always explain why.

Verified Elite tipsters can sell premium picks on the marketplace. Sellers warrant that picks are their own and that all results are honestly reported. Buyers receive read-only access to the pick until kick-off; refunds are issued only when a pick is provably misrepresented.

Pro and Elite subscriptions renew automatically on the cycle you chose. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing.

You agree not to:

• Create or operate multiple accounts, or share an account with another person.
• Use bots, scripts, scraped odds feeds, or any automated tool to place picks.
• Collude with other users to manipulate the leaderboard, battles, or rivals system.
• Post abusive, hateful, defamatory or unlawful content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or attack our systems.

We use device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and behavioural signals to enforce these rules. Violations result in pick voiding, account suspension, and forfeiture of any pending rewards.

MoBet shows links to licensed third-party bookmakers, marked as sponsored. We may earn a commission when you sign up or deposit through these links — at no extra cost to you. Once you leave MoBet, the bookmaker's own terms, KYC, and responsible-gambling rules apply. MoBet is not responsible for losses, disputes, or service interruptions on third-party sites.

MoBet is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed prizes due to outages, fixture data errors, or third-party bookmaker issues. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid MoBet in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms as MoBet evolves. Material changes are announced in-app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where MoBet is incorporated. We will try to resolve disputes informally first — email legal@mobet.app.
