Privacy Policy

• Account: phone number (for SMS verification), email, username, display name, optional avatar and country.
• Activity: picks placed, stakes, results, leaderboard rank, follows, comments, likes, marketplace purchases.
• Device & security: IP address, device fingerprint, browser user-agent, login timestamps — used to detect duplicate accounts and fraud.
• Payments: mobile-money or card metadata via our processor. We never store your full card number.
• Affiliate clicks: when you click a "Bet with real bookmakers" link we record the click ID so partners can attribute commissions to MoBet.

• Run the contest: rank tipsters, settle picks, distribute monthly rewards.
• Keep it fair: detect multi-accounting, bots, collusion and abuse.
• Communicate: transactional emails (verification, password reset, payout receipts) and — only with consent — product updates.
• Improve the product: aggregated, de-identified analytics.

We share data only with processors who help us operate MoBet, under strict contracts:

• Cloud hosting and database (encrypted at rest and in transit).
• SMS, email and push-notification providers.
• Mobile-money and card-payment processors.
• Anti-fraud and analytics services (aggregated only).
• Bookmaker partners receive a click ID — never your name, email or phone.

We may disclose data when legally required (subpoena, court order) or to protect the safety of our users.

We use first-party cookies for authentication and session security, and a small number of third-party cookies for analytics and affiliate attribution. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time; doing so will sign you out.
